In-stock rugs are inspected and dispatched within 2-4 business days. Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 3-5 days.
Custom or made-to-order rugs ship after production is complete. Custom production usually takes 8-16 weeks.
International duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
