14-day window
Non-custom rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, clean, and in original packaging.
How to initiate
Email support@studiokaleen.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the rug condition.
Exclusions
Custom sizes, bespoke colours, and made-to-order designs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
